The Muslim World Business and Investment Zone is an annual event that was established in 2010, consisting of trade exhibition and several conferences. The event was envisioned by the late Dato’ Dr Raja Mohamad Abdullah to facilitate trade transactions between businesses from various corners of the world. The Muslim World BIZ brings together government officials, private business leaders, entrepreneurs, academicians and thinkers under one roof to exchange ideas and generate sound strategies for the development of the Islamic economy.

Every year, new activities are incorporated in the event in both sides — the exhibition zone and the conferences. Today, delegates from many countries participate in OIC-Asia Trade and Economic Forum, OIC Higher Education Conference, World Islamic Tourism Conference and Exhibition and the Round Table Talk. In addition, local and international companies worldwide showcase their products and services in a multi-hall zone, representing several sectors including trade and investment, banking, agriculture, aviation and maritime, food and beverages, fashion and lifestyle, education, automotive and others.
